I was hoping to hear the heartbeats at the doctor’s office today but we did not. I guess I’ll have to wait until January. All is well, I haven’t gained any weight but did ask how much weight I should gain and the doctor said to try to gain 40lbs. She didn’t sound to confident that I could do it so we’ll see. And I have to say the nurse or medical assistant that checked me in was not very friendly/borderline rude. It’s okay to smile every once and a while. I guess she was having a bad day or something. The doctor did an ultrasound and so we did get to see the babies. They are starting to look like babies now, we saw their little heartbeats too. They both seem to like their fists in their mouths. One was moving around a lot and the other was lounging. It really is amazing! They really are tiny miracles, I still can’t believe it’s happening! We didn’t get pictures of the babies so here is a picture of my belly.

It’s weird for me to think that you are having babies too. Wonderful, but weird. It makes me want to have a baby. After all, We always had to do things together . Don’t worry though, you get this spotlight all on your own!
YAY! That is so exciting! I am so glad to hear that everything is going well. It really is a mirical! I’m jealous that you are going to get so many ultrasounds! I only got one! But starting your next visit you will get to hear the heatbeat and that is just as amazing! Congrats agaiN!
I can’t believe you haven’t gained any weight yet. By 14 weeks, I must have gained at least 10 or 15 lbs. The day our twins were born, I had gained exactly FIFTY pounds. I was soooo glad to have them out!!
You look great!
