Princess Tea Party

This past weekend Holly was invited to her first dress up Princess tea party. I was going to buy her a princess dress but the ones I found were way too big so right before the party I remembered she had a tutu from before she was born. A very creative friend made it for her. So I dressed her all up and while we went to the party JD stayed home to play with Steven and John. I think Holly felt extra special as we walked in and she saw girly things everywhere and toys and at her disposal. She found her spot at the table and while she waited for the rest of the princesses to arrive she ate a chocolate covered pretzel. When the other girls arrived, everyone took their seats and they enjoyed tea (milk and chocolate) and crumpets (cookies and crackers). The girls watched Cinderella and did a little craft too. Then they found their way into the host princesses room where all the babies were. When I realized Holly was in there too, I went to check on her and she was playing with a baby doll and her crib. It was quite cute to see Holly playing with other girls and their toys! We can’t wait for our next Princess party!
