In between the week Jim left his job at CCTimes and starting at PC World we took a little vacay to Nashville to stay with my sister and her husband. My mom was able to fly in from Virginia for the week to see Holly and JD and spend some time with us too. The flight in wasn’t bad, we got to skip ahead of all the people standing in line for security and then board earlier than normal on the plane. It was really funny to walk through the airport and see people’s faces as they saw JD and then Holly right behind. We kept hearing, “awe, look at that baby” followed by “ooh twins!” Holly and JD slept most of the 4 hour flight on the seat between us. My mom, Sarah and Neal were waiting for us camera in hand! Neal was known as the paparazzi the whole week because he was in charge of taking pictures. It was nice to finally be in Nashville, it was a bit chilly when we arrived. Because of the time change Holly and JD went to bed past midnight but I had extra help so that was good. Oh, and we laughed a lot! The flight home was pretty horrible but we survived! It seemed like too short a trip but it was time to return to reality. Thanks Sarah and Neal for letting us invite ourselves to your house, it’s beautiful!
